
Between 2024 and 2025, with the support of partners, institutions, companies, universities, and associations, we hosted events in several Italian cities: Bologna, Rome, and Turin, culminating in the final congress in Milan. Each stop featured inspirational talks, workshops, roundtables with companies and policymakers, as well as networking and career-orientation sessions.
The campaign overturned traditional narratives by reinterpreting gender-related stereotypes with irony, as a message of hope for new generations. The goal was to empower them to embrace a new language—one that can define who they are and guide them toward the future. Not just any future, but a new gender of future.

All events were coordinated by our team, driven by a clear objective: to give visibility to stories that matter, foster connections that enable real change, and support projects that shape the future.
